SHOPTET

I joined Shoptet to build their internal design system — giving all teams one clear set of components so they could work faster and stay consistent. At the same time, I redesigned the entire admin interface that tens of thousands of store owners use every day.

We released the new design directly on top of the old system, which was a huge challenge. But we made the switch smooth, without stopping stores from running.

Shoptet has been helping people start and run online stores since 2009. As e-commerce grew in the Czech Republic, so did the number of shops on the platform. Today, Shoptet supports tens of thousands of merchants and leads the local market.

Because the admin is where store owners spend most of their time, updating it became our top priority — and that’s where my work made the biggest impact.
